About Our Office
Located in the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital-Medical Office Building, at 161 Riverside Drive, Suite MO-1, Dr. Walker's office is easily accessible from anywhere around the Binghamton area.
The office was personally designed by Dr. Walker to be both comfortable and welcoming to our patients. We make every effort to accommodate patients, scheduling preferences and to keep waiting to a minimum.
Our office facility houses consultation and patient follow-up areas, as well as Biomedic Skin Care, Microdermabrasion, Sclerotherapy and the Hair Removal Laser. The ambulatory and main operating rooms at Lourdes Hospital are used for most operative procedures.
Office hours are:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday -- 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday & Friday -- 8:00am to 4:00pm
Phones are answered every day from 9:00am to 4:00pm, including the lunch hour.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you call our office as soon as you can, so that we can accommodate someone else who has been waiting for an appointment.
Our staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and will try to fulfill your requests whenever possible.
Meet Our Staff
Sue
Sue is our billing and insurance specialist and has worked for Dr. Walker since 2004. She has a medical assistant degree and has been in the medical field for over twenty years. When calling our office, most likely you will be greeted and have all of your questions answered by Sue.
Eileen
Eileen Mizerak is our Medical Skin Care Specialist. Eileen has been involved in the skin care & hair industry for 15 years. She is a licensed cosmetologist as well as a certified practitioner in skin care analysis and medical laser use. Eileen is dedicated to providing a simple result oriented approach to skin care. She strives to educate patients about the importance of a personalized skin care regiment for optimal skin care health.
Michelle
Michelle our Surgical Coordinator and Medical Receptionist has worked for Dr. Walker for more than 20 years. With her long-term experience, cheerful manner, and warm smile, Michelle will efficiently schedule your procedure, answer your questions, and put you at ease concerning your surgery.
Ashley
Ashley received her nursing degree from Thomas Jefferson University and has spent much of her career working in Dermatology. She enjoys seeing a patient at the time of consultation and walking them through until post-op. Boosting a patient's confidence and making them feel their best is very rewarding. Ashley is currently working on her Masters Degree to become a Nurse Practitioner as well.
