Case 2: Abdominoplasty

37 y/o female with two children (one c-section) requests flattening and reduction of her abdomen and reduction of her medial and lateral thighs and buttock. She underwent an Extended Mini-Abdominoplasty and Medial and Lateral thigh and buttock liposuction. This was done under local/tumescient anesthesia and oral sedation. The patient had 9600 cc removed of which approx. 9000 cc was considered supernatant fat. She also had 1 3/4 pounds of abdominal skin removed. Because of the large amount of fat removed, she was kept overnight for observation and discharged to home the following morning.
