Case 1: Extended mini-facelift

52 y/o female requests improvement in her jowl area, neck and midface. The procedure was done with sedation by mouth as an outpatient. An extended mini-facelift was performed to improve the lower face and neck. The SMAS layer was tightened and skin excised and closed. In addition, 4 contour treads were used on each side, to help elevate the cheek area (these threads are no longer available).
