Case 2: Gynecomastia, male breast

22 y/o male requesting bilateral breast reduction. This was accomplished using light sedation by mouth and local tumescient anesthesia. He also requested liposuction reduction of his abdomen and flanks which was done 3 months prior to the breast reduction as a separate outpatient procedure under local tumescient anesthesia. Of note is that he had ALL (leukemia) treated with chemotherapy and radiation. His regimen included prednisone (steroids) with probably contributed to his breast developement.
