28 y/o female 1 year after 3rd child notes that her breasts have deflatted and dropped. Wants to be a full C to small D cup. We planned a mastopexy (breast lift) augmentation at the same operation. Patient wants to limit her breast scars, and requests a donut lift, understanding that it limits how high we can lift her.
