42 year old female who complained of abdomen, flanks, and hips. Patient had abdominoplasty with liposuction to flanks and hips. 2300cc was removed from abdomen, flanks and hips. 2 pounds of skin was removed from abdomen. Post operative pictures were done at 3 months and redness in scars will continue to fade.
