37 year old female who had routine mammogram that revealed right side breast cancer.  Pt had mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed at time of mastectomy. Once the tissue was stretched the permanent implants were placed. Upon completion of the reconstruction of the breast mound  pt had nipple reconstruction. Pt thinking about the possibility of nipple tattooing in the future.
