18 Year old female who had tubular breasts. No previous pregnancies.  Patient was 34B pre operatively and post operative 34D-DD. Patient had incision in axilla with under the muscle breast implant placement.  Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Profile implants were used. Patient is very happy!
