24 year old female who had bilateral breast reduction. Patient complained of shoulder pain treated with physical therapy with minimal relief prior to surgery. Patient has never been pregnant. Pre-op bra size was a 38DD.  Patient states she is now a 36 C-D.  Patient reports shoulder and back pain has improved.
