40 year old female. Pt has had history of 4 pregnancies, with one of them requiring a c-section. Abdominal muscles are weakened and protruding. Abdominoplasty performed to repair weakened muscles and removed excess fat, tissue and skin. Patient also required hysterectomy which was completed at the same time by another physician.
