40 year old female with left side breast cancer. Pt had bilateral mastectomies with immediate two stage breast reconstruction. Initially mastectomy was performed with placement of tissue expanders and Alloderm. After the breast mounds were completed, permanent gel implants were placed. Patient also had bilateral nipple reconstruction with tattooing after the breast reconstruction was complete.
