A 27 year old female preoperatively complained of shoulder, neck, and back pain for seven years related to macromastia. Patient preoperatively attempted to manage pain with yoga, massage, and chiropractic treatments; however, her pain was minimally improved. Three months postoperative from bilateral breast reduction surgery, the patient reports she is very happy with her results and her shoulder, neck, and back is improved.
